Ryan Rickert
Co-Founder
Ryan is a serial entrepreneur and Montana State University alumnus originally from South Dakota. He founded Clean Slate Group in 2011 and later FanUp Software, where he serves as Founder and CEO. Named one of the top emerging business leaders in Sioux Falls, Ryan brings years of experience building companies from the ground up. An avid fisherman and passionate waterfowl hunter, he channels a lifetime spent outdoors in South Dakota and Montana into building products that bring more people into the field and onto the water.
Nels Tate
Co-Founder
Nels is the founder and managing partner of Tatonic Ventures, a permanent holding company based in Bozeman, Montana with a portfolio spanning multiple industries. With a background in engineering and entrepreneurship, he focuses on building and investing in founder led businesses for the long haul. Growing up in western Montana, Nels spent his youth fishing mountain lakes and hunting waterfowl across the region's prairies and river bottoms. Those experiences inspired the vision behind Quarry Labs and its outdoor platforms.
